1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Kamran Shekh at kshekh.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services & Deliverables
We provide professional web design, frontend and full-stack web development, website revamp, and custom web application services:
- Scope of Work: Each project or productised package is executed according to agreed scopes, technical deliverables, and milestones outlined in the package details or custom project proposal.
- Technical Specifications: Deliverables will conform to the documented technical architecture, responsive layouts, and performance benchmarks agreed upon prior to project initiation.
- Revisions & Sign-off: Scope changes or revisions exceeding the original package or proposal specifications will be estimated and agreed upon separately before implementation.
3. Client Responsibilities
Successful delivery requires collaborative engagement. Clients agree to fulfill the following obligations:
- Timely Feedback: Review deliverables and provide consolidated feedback within agreed review windows to prevent project schedule delays.
- Assets & Content: Supply necessary brand assets, copywriting, imagery, fonts, and required credentials in a timely manner.
- Authorizations: Ensure you possess legal rights and licenses for all text, photography, trademarks, and third-party media supplied for use in your project.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, all rights, title, and interest in the custom design and code developed specifically for your project are transferred to the client.
This transfer excludes any third-party libraries, open-source dependencies, WordPress core modules, or reusable developer utility frameworks, which remain governed under their respective open-source licenses (e.g. MIT, GPL, Apache).
